Executive design of mechanical and electrical systems

We developed the executive design of the mechanical and electrical systems for an office building serving as the headquarters of a leading multinational company. The intervention included high-efficiency system solutions integrated within a high-quality architectural context characterized by elevated performance standards. The project was developed with particular attention to indoor microclimate comfort, spatial flexibility, and energy consumption optimization. The mechanical systems were sized to ensure optimal performance under all operating conditions, featuring low environmental impact HVAC systems and automatic control of indoor parameters. At the same time, the electrical and special systems were designed to guarantee reliability, service continuity, and integration with building management systems, in line with the requirements of a modern corporate headquarters environment.
