Design of mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems

Studio Calia Srl carried out the technical and economic feasibility study and the executive design for the Museum of the Territory in Foggia. The intervention included the design of mechanical, electrical, special, and fire protection systems. A strategic project for the City of Foggia, it contributes to reconnecting the urban and cultural fabric by enhancing an area of significant historical and architectural value. The new Museum of the Territory represents a key reference hub for the preservation and promotion of local heritage, featuring modern exhibition spaces and state-of-the-art building systems technologies. The systems were designed to ensure maximum energy efficiency, indoor environmental comfort, and fire safety, integrating sustainable solutions and advanced control systems. The design approach combined functionality, energy savings, and respect for the architectural context, in line with the most recent standards in museum design and energy management.
