Studio Calia carried out the final design, construction supervision, and safety coordination for the implementation of the new 1.5 Tesla MRI department at the Sulmona Hospital Facility. The intervention included the layout design of the rooms and the engineering of the thermal, electrical, special, fire protection, and medical gas systems, as well as the Faraday cage and magnetic shielding. A fundamental project for the local area, which for the first time has been equipped with an MRI unit within a public healthcare facility.
